ESP Edwards E-AL-166 Sawtooth is a special Alexi Laiho signature model. This Edwards Series instrument is originally intended for Japanese market only, so it’s quite rare outside Japan! The guitar is handmade in Japan, using only high quality tonewoods and parts.

The E-AL-166 features an alder body with neck thru body construction for maximum sustain and access to higher frets. The neck is made of three piece hard maple and fretboard is ebony with 24 extra jumbo -sized frets. Fretboard is scalloped between 20-24.

Other premium features include Gotoh tuners, Floyd Rose tremolo bridge and an EMG F-H2 passive humbucker pickup with ESP MM-04 preamp booster with switch.

This unique Alexi model is finished in gloss black with white pinstripes on front and back of the body, white bindings on the neck and headstock and sawtooth inlays.

The guitar comes in a high quality ESP soft case.
