Seymour Duncan Invader Neck 7-String has intimidating looks with a warm, restrained sound and delivers great tone for extended range guitars.
While the Invader bridge might look like its mean and vicious, it sounds well, mean and vicious. The Invader neck, on the other hand, looks just as intimidating, but sounds surprisingly warm and smooth. The ceramic magnets add depth and clarity while the large hex caps deliver smooth string-to-string balance. Playing one is a surprising experience and will have you composing melodic lines that you didnt know you had in you.
Match with the Invader bridge model for the ultimate high-output setup.
This passive humbucker comes in choice of a standard open-coil look or black metal humbucker cover, both in a classic passive mount that easily fits in any guitar with traditional routing. Duncan also makes it in a standard active mount size with a black soapbar cover with one row of exposed poles for a modern look.
Match with the Invader 7-String bridge model SH-8B 7S for a massive sounding high-output setup.
Hand built in our Santa Barbara, CA factory, the Invader uses a three large ceramic bar magnets, oversized metal oxide poles, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance.
