ESP E-II FRX Black Satin is a unique, modern electric guitar made in Japan with premium quality tonewoods and parts. The FRX is a distinctively menacing guitar shape designed for people who aren’t afraid to bring on the rock! Formerly called “ESP Standard”, all ESP E-II instruments are created at the ESP factory in Tokyo, Japan, and are designed for professional players who accept no compromises in tone, feel, or reliability for their guitars and basses.

The E-II FRX features set-thru construction with an alder body and three-piece maple neck with ebony fingerboard that includes 24 extra-jumbo frets and offset dot inlays. Top-quality components on the E-II FRX include locking strap buttons, Gotoh locking tuners, and a Floyd Rose Original bridge.

This guitar also features a set of EMG 81 and EMG 60TW-R pickups. The 81 bridge pickup is full of that iconic EMG sound, while the 60TW-R neck offers something extra: This is EMG’s Dual Mode pickup with an innovative 3-coil design, allowing you to get noiseless single coil sound when split. The R stands for Reverse, meaning that in single coil mode, the coil closer to neck is used.

Includes an ESP hardshell form-fitting case.
