Seymour Duncan Hot Jazzmaster Neck is an overwound single-coil that delivers a hot rodded Jazzmaster sound with fat, midrangy surf tones and a nice, powerful low end. Chords will have a warm, aggressive roar, and solos with have a fat punchiness.
The neck model is wound RWRP, reverse wind reverse polarity, to give you hum-canceling when used in combination with the Hot Jazzmaster bridge pickup.
This pickup is a drop-in replacement for Fender American Standard Jazzmaster sized pickups, and will fit perfectly into the original cover.
Pair with the Hot Jazzmaster bridge for a balanced setup.
Seymour Duncan builds these with hand ground alnico 5 rod magnets, a custom coil wind, vintage correct flatwork, and each pickup is wax potted for squeal free operation. Does not come with cover.
