When you order a new electric guitar, acoustic guitar or bass from Musamaailma, our in-house guitar luthier makes all the adjustments for you before shipping.

We think it's self-evident that when you buy a new instrument, you receive it with the correct setup. That's why we have gone through each and every guitar and bass bought new from us for the last 35 years. Every instrument is inspected and set up by a professional luthier.

1: MAKE AN ORDER

Order the instrument you want. We are here to help you find just the right one for you! There are lots of features affecting the playability and sound, but no worries: Our team has seen thousands of guitars and we have decades of experience and knowledge that greatly benefits you when making a choice.

 

2: TELL US YOUR WISHES

When you've reached the checkout page, you can add comments or wishes to your order. If you would like to receive your instrument ready in non-standard tuning, let us know. Do you like an especially low action? Would you like us to restring the guitar with the string set you are about to buy? Our guitar luthier uses his expertise to make sure your new instrument is ready for playing.

 

3: START PLAYING!

When you've received your shipment, you can begin to enjoy your new instrument right away! Avoid the hassle with incorrect adjustments or a poor playability. We are the official Finnish importer for all the guitars and basses sold new in our online store, so we can truly stand by our words (and the quality of our products) 100 percent.
