Tech 21 SCP-FB Character Plus Fuzzy Brit Effects Pedal

Tech 21 Sans Amp Character Plus Series Fuzzy Brit offers a 100% analog, 2-channel amp model and a fuzz pedal in a very compact case. Featuring very versatile controls, both of the amp channels are equipped with a Character-control, which gives you multiple amps in one pedal. Both channels also feature independent Volume and Drive-controls and the channels share a 3-band EQ.

The Fuzz section also has its own level, tone and drive controls. You can also use the Fuzzy Brits three footswitches to change the channel of the amp model, switch the fuzz on and off or bypass the whole pedal.

The Fuzzy Brit works great as a stompbox with an amp, as a pre-amp to drive a power amp or as a direct box to a mixer of a PA.

Range of Character Settings
Below 12 o’clock brings you the classic era of British blues– warm, overdriven tone with the characteristic bulldog bite. 
Nearing 12 o’clock gives you a noticeable throatiness in the mids.
Above 12 o’clock gets you a classic presence boost.
Full up it goes to 11. That’s right, 11.

Independent Fuzz Section Features
The Fuzz section of the Fuzzy Brit is modled after a legendary fuzz pedal. You can use the Fuzz pot to adjust the overall amount of drive. The Tone pot is a very musical, specialized low pass filter that allows you to remove the high end without losing mids or getting muddy.
