Xotic XSC-2 Medium Aged Sonic Blue Alder #2686 Electric Guitar

Xotic California Classic XSC-1 is a premium quality boutique guitar inspired by the 1950s / 1960s era. It is hand built in the USA and features nitrocellulose finish, flame roasted maple neck treated with oil for the ultimate in playability and Raw Vintage hand wound pickups based on Xotic’s own proprietary design.

Each Xotic guitar is built with only the very best, most acoustically resonant premium grade tone woods for full lush lows and shimmering highs resulting organic, woody tones that works well with all styles of music.

Each Xotic guitar also features a special roasted flamed maple neck offering comfortable and smooth feel with great stability and beautiful looks. This model has a modern C neck profile with a slight D on the bass side and C on the treble side.

The XSC features Gotoh vintage locking tuners for high performance and functionality. XSC also uses Gotoh vintage tremolo bridge upgraded with Raw Vintage RVTS-1 Tremolo strings with high tension for fat rich tone and Raw Vintage pure steel saddles accurately reproduced for that unmistakable vintage tone.

Finish and Aging
Thin nitro finish is available in light, medium, heavy and super heavy aging options. The aging process includes authentic checking patterns and wear marks for a naturally worn in appearance.

Pickup Configuration
SSS and HSS configurations available with Raw Vintage USA handwound RV-50 and RV-60 single coil pickups // RV-PAF-F humbuckers.

5A or Master Grade Flame
Beautiful 5A and Master Grade Roasted Flame Maple neck upgrades available.

Ash or Alder Body
Premium Ash bodies sources from US Midwest and East Coast. Premium Alder bodies are sourced from the US Pacific Northwest. Various paint color options to choose from before it’s aged to perfection.
