Xotic XTC-1 Medium Aged Butterscotch Alder #2687 Electric Guitar

Xotic California Classic XTC-1 is a vintage inspired guitar that unites the modern player with a time tested classic. It’s made in USA, combining vibrant vintage tone and appearance with premium appointments. The aim of the XTC Series isn’t to reinvent the wheel but redefine a legendary guitar by making modern adjustments with custom specs that improve playability and tone.

This XTC features a weight relieved alder body that comes with a nitrocellulose finish and is medium aged. The body is weight relieved for a light natural feel and resonant tone.

The roasted flame maple necks are heated to perfection. All XTC guitars come fitted with an ultra stable roasted flame maple necks with stunning 5A and Master grade options available. Necks are coated with a natural oil finish for smooth, unhindered playability. In addition, this guitar has a maple fretboard.

XTC features Gotoh vintage locking tuners that improve tuning stability and allow a quicker string change. The bridge is an Xotic Custom bridge with brass saddles for better intonation and tone. Pickups on XTC Series guitars are handwound Raw Vintage USA TE single coils.

XTC guitars also feature a thin nitro finish and are available in light, medium, heavy and super heavy aging options. The aging process includes authentic checking patterns and wear marks for a naturally worn in appearance.
