FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER 99 €
Your order qualifies for a free shipping within Finland via Matkahuolto Near Parcel (Lähellä-paketti) when your total purchase is 99 € or over. You can pick up your shipment from the nearest Matkahuolto parcel service point. This offer is only valid for consumer customer orders from musamaailma.fi webshop.
DELIVERY TIMES
We ship and deliver all in-stock products within Finland within 1-5 business days. If a product you ordered is not currently in stock, we will find out the availability and estimated delivery time and inform you by email or by phone.
Once we have confirmed your order, an order confirmation message will be sent to the email address you have given. Please contact our customer service if you do not receive an order confirmation within a short period of time after placing your order.
PRICING
Shipping prices are determined by the number of products you order, destination, total weight, size and delivery method. You will see the exact shipping costs at checkout, after you have entered your postal code and country and chosen a delivery method. If your postal code is located in Åland Islands, we will ship your order without VAT. Please observe the current tax & customs policies when ordering to Åland.
DELIVERY METHODS
We ship all webshop orders within Finland via Matkahuolto and Posti. You can choose to have your order delivered to your address, or to your nearest Matkahuolto terminal, Matkahuolto Pick-up point (R-Kioski, K-Market), Posti office, Posti service point or Posti Parcel Point (SmartPOST). The weight and size of your order will affect the available delivery methods at checkout.
You can also choose to pick up your order from the Musamaailma Pickup Point (Ohrahuhdantie 2 A, Itä-Pakila, Helsinki. Open hours mon-fri 8-16).
Note: Please be prepared to prove your identity with a valid passport, driver's license or identy card.
International shipping
We ship to EU countries (Mainland Europe & Ireland) and Scandinavia via GLS (and their local partners) with online tracking. GLS shipments are delivered to your given address, or to the nearest GLS parcel service point if you are not there to receive the shipment. There may be some exceptions depending on the destination, total size and weight of the shipment.

Exceptions
Long or large products (electric guitars, acoustic guitars, basses, guitar cabinets, drum sets) will not fit into a Matkahuolto or Posti parcel locker. If you choose a shipping to a parcel locker, the shipment will be redirected to the nearest pick-up point.
Items weighing over 35kg such as drum sets and large guitar speaker cabinets exceed the weight limit for Posti and Matkahuolto shipments. Please contact our customer service to arrange a shipment for these items.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
By making an order you accept our terms and conditions. Note that you should pick up your Matkahuolto or Posti shipment on time. The shipment is stored for 7 days, after which it will be returned to Musamaailma. Matkahuolto shipment receiver can register as a user to Matkahuolto online services at matkahuolto.fi and buy more storage time.
If you choose a delivery to your address, you will be contacted for a more specific delivery time. Please make sure you are available at the agreed time.
